MANUFACTURE OF ROTARY TRANSFORMER

PURPOSE:To make a connection of a winding and a lead wire and its automated operation possible by a method wherein a through-hole is provided to a winding groove of a rotary transformer core and a conductor inserted through the through-hole is utilized as a terminal. CONSTITUTION:One turn of a winding groove 2 is provided to a rotary transformer core 1 and through-holes 3 are provided to both ends of the groove 2. Grooves 4 for drawing out of lead wires are provided to the back of the core matching with the through-holes 3. A conductor pin 5 is inserted through the through-hole 3 and bent and fixed by conductive paste 6, 7. The pin on the back of the core is bent to be perpendicular to the back surface and a protective cap or a circuit board is attached to the pin so that the pin is utilized as a terminal.
