PURPOSE:To improve the assembling property of a DC motor by circularly coupling a field core disposed on the outer periphery of an armature, a permanent magnet with a molding material and forming a thermal radiation unit and a magnetic shortcircuit preventing unit, thereby absorbing the irregularity of accuracy. CONSTITUTION:An armature having a core 4, a winding 3 and a rectifier 5 is mounted on a shaft 1, and rotatably supported via a bracket 8 which includes a brush 7 and the other bracket 9. A field core 11 disposed on the outer periphery of an armature and a permanent magnet 10 are circularly disposed with a molding material 13, a heat radiation unit 13-1 and a magnetic shortcircuit preventing unit 13-3 are provided, spigots 13-2 are provided at both ends to form a coupler S, and the spigot 13-2 is engaged with the brackets 8, 9. Consequently, the irregularity of accuracy of the core 11 and the magnet 10 can be absorbed to obtain necessary bore accuracy, thereby improving the assembling property. |
