PURPOSE:To reduce deviation in modulation degree and to reduce the size of a circuit without selecting a varactor diode by connecting a variable resistor for oscillation frequency control to one terminal of the varactor diode and a variable resistor for adjusting modulation degree characteristics to the other terminal. CONSTITUTION:The 1st and the 2nd variable resistors R1 and R2 which impress a positive or negative voltage to one electrode of a hyperabrupt junction type varactor diode Di and the opposite negative or positive voltage to the other are connected; the 1st variable resistor R1 functions to control an oscillation frequency and the 2nd variable resistor R2 functions to adjust modulation degree characteristics. Consequently, the deviation in modulation degree is reduced and the circuit is reduced in size and simplified without selecting the characteristics of the varactor diode Di. |
