PURPOSE:To make rubber or the like hand to stick onto the inner surface of a die while enabling the formation of a pattern or the like on the outer surface of a vulcanized tire by providing a thin layer formed by welding ceramics on the inner surface of the die corresponding to the outer surface of the vulcanized tire. CONSTITUTION:A top force 1 and a bottom force 2 are both made of an alloy mainly composed of aluminum. Thin layers 6 and 6 of a composite ceramics are welded entirely on the inner surfaces of the top force 1 and the bottom force 2, namely, the surfaces 3 and 4 corresponding to the outer surface of a vulcanized tire respectively through buffer layers, for example, thin layers 5 and 5 of nickel, aluminum or the like to improve the peeling property of rubber or the like. The composite ceramics is preferably 40-80mum in the particle diameter of the material and more than 10wt% thereof is titanium oxide while the rest thereof are aluminum oxide and the like. When the amount of the titanium oxide is below 10wt%, attaching of rubber or the like is readily made, which is not preferable. |
