PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of members around a device owing to overload by mounting knock-out bars which are freely adjustable and fixable in the distance to the contact with a knock-out beam to sliding sleeves. CONSTITUTION:A ram 3 descends and working with the ram 3 progresses while knock-out beams 13 and ramming bars 15 remain in contact with the base of a long hole by their own weight. As the working progresses, the top end of the product forces upward the bars 15 and the beams 13 detach from the base of the hole 11 and are thus held afloat roughly horizontally between the base and the top of the hole 11. When the ram 3 starts moving upward, the beams 13 ascends as well while the product is held in the top die which is a female die and the beams contact with knock-out bars 17 near both right and left ends thereof and are prevented from ascending any more. The bars 15 drive out the product from the top die ascending in succession. |
