PURPOSE:To effectively protect the AVR operation against a malfunction by detecting the voltage immediately after controlling the voltage such as induced voltage in each inverter, and using it as the discriminating factor of the malfunction unit together with the output of an output voltage monitor. CONSTITUTION:Inverters A1, A2 which control an inverter circuit 1 by an AVR unit 2, and supply electric power to a load through an AC switch 4, are operated in parallel redundancy type. At this time the induced voltage of the inverter 1 is detected, passed through a filter 9, the voltage difference of the signal and the signal at the same position of the other inverter A2 is obtained by a detector 10, inputted to a discriminator together with the detected output of the output voltage monitor 7, and an instruction is applied to the switch 4. Accordingly, the switch 4 of the malfunction unit can be effectively turned OFF without affecting the influence to the AVR control system having no malfunction at overvoltage or insufficient voltage time due to AVR malfunction. |
