PURPOSE:To simplify the construction and make assembly easy and eliminate deep contraction to avoid the limitation of a depth by a method wherein a box- shape case is composed by combining approximate U-shape case components and a boss is fixed to a bottom part of the case or to a plate for formation of a magnetic path. CONSTITUTION:The respective bottom surfaces 24, 29 of the approximate U- shape 1st case component 21 and 2nd case component 22 are put together, while their respective arms 25, 30 are positioned reciprocally to form a box-shape and plates 23, 23 for formation of a magnetic path are attached to the tips of the arms 25, 30 and a grooved projection 27 of the 1st case component 21 is put into a coupling notch 34 of the plate 23 for formation of the magnetic path and the groove of the grooved projection 27 is widened and crimped to fix the components and a case 2 is composed. A receptacle 51 for a plunger 6 and a coupling projection 52 are provided to the front side and the tail end of a boss 5 respectively and the coupling projection 52 is fitted into boss coupling holes 33, 33 of the plates 23, 23 for formation of the magnetic path and caulked to be fixed. |
