PURPOSE:To eliminate a caulking failure due to a partial swelling at the time of caulking process by making a hole near the tip part of a caulking tube formed to have a flat bottom at one end. CONSTITUTION:A ferromagnetic disc 2 is attached to one pole surface of a permanent magnet 1 in which a hole 1a is drilled along the direction of the pole surface. A case 5 has a dish-shape bottom which has a hole. The hole of the bottom is continuous to the hole 1a and a flange 5a of the edge of the hole is pressed to the surface of the hole 1a and nails 5b on the open side edge of the case are folded over the disc 2 so that the permanent magnet 1 and the disc 2 are covered and held solidly by the case 5. Moveover, a ferromagnetic member 2a is stood on the surface of the disc 2 inside the hole 1a and an engaging part (a) is composed. Another part (b) is composed in such a manner that a ferromagnetic member 3a, which is attracted by the member 2a, coupled and decoupled freely, through the hole 1a, is stood on the surface of a ferromagnetic disc 3. Funnel-shape caulking tubes 4 with flat bottoms at their ends and holes 6 at their tips are mounted on the non-attracting surfaces of the parts (a) and (b). |
