PURPOSE:To manufacture an optical scanner at low cost by assembling component parts of the optical scanner in an optical scanner housing, and laying only the wiring of a driving motor to a copying machine body, etc. CONSTITUTION:The 1st movable table 1 scans on an original F on a platen glass 2, and an illumination lamp 3, a slit plate 4 through which reflected light from the original F is transmitted, and the 1st mirror 6 which reflects the reflected light to the 2nd movable table 5 are provided. The 1st movable table 1 reciprocates horizontally by a small-diameter wheel 8 and a large-diameter wheel 9 which roll on the shoulder surface 7a of the optical scanner housing 7. The wheel 10 of the driving wheel 9 is driven by a motor 11. On the other hand, a guide rail 12 is fixed on the inside surface of the optical scanner housing, and the 2nd movable table 5 is mounted on the rail 12; and this movable table 5 has the 2nd and the 3rd mirrors 13 and 14 which deflect the reflected light from the 1st mirror 6, and the 3rd mirror 14 allows the reflected ligth from the original F to strike a projection lens 15 fixed on the bottom part of the optical scanner housing 7. |
