PURPOSE:To meet the dispersed air current of powder or granular thermally with hot air uniformly by forming an ejecting means on a diffuser part guiding the swirling air current of powder or granular into a heat treating room so as to be conical surface flow while swirling the swirling air current in the same direction. CONSTITUTION:Toner particle dispersed air current is directly ejected from an ejector 1 to a heat treating room 9 and hot air is blown out from the external periphery of a diffuser part 8. Even if an aggregate substance is included in toner particle, these aggregate substance are disintegrated by sufficient shearing force at a throat part 17 of the ejector 1 and ejected from the diffuser part 8 as uniform dispersed air current. Hot air 11 is uniformly met with the uniformly dispersed aerosol fine particles with hollow conical flow while being swirled from the external periphery. Consequently, the density of toner particle can be uniformed and the contact time with hot air can be fixed, so that heat welding of particle is not almost generated, the generation of large particle can be prevented and uniform heat treatment can be attained. |
