5-Fluorouracil derivatives substituted in position 1 by a carbamoyl group itself substituted on the nitrogen and their therapeutic uses. These compounds correspond to the formula: <IMAGE> in which R<1> = C1-C6 alkyl; A = C3-C7 saturated or unsaturated ring, R<2>, R<3> and R<4> = H, halogen, C1-C6 alkoxy, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkylthio, C1-C6 alkoxycarbonyl, carboxyl, carboxamido, sulphonic acid, sulphonamido, acylamino, sulphonylamino, C1-C6 alkylsulphonyl, nitrile, nitro, acyloxy, phenyl or methylenedioxy, and m and n = 0 to 4.
