The present invention relates to a safety sealing device for a container. This device essentially comprises a sleeve 1 receiving a stopper 2 and interposed between the latter and the neck 3 of the container 4, this sleeve 1 being mounted such that it rotates freely on the neck 3 and comprising an externally radial part 5 provided with pins 11 capable of cooperating with indentations 12 in the upper wall 4a of the container 4 in order to immobilise the sleeve temporarily and thus allow the fitting and removal of the stopper 2. The device of the invention makes it possible, in particular, to achieve safe closure of containers containing, for example, dangerous products. <IMAGE>
