PURPOSE:To easily determine the base arrangement of a DNA specimen with high accuracy, by fabricating the autoradiography of the predetermined separated and developed lines of the DNA specimen by using an accumulative fluorescent sheet in place of a radiation film while applying predetermined processing thereto. CONSTITUTION:Positional informations due to radioactive labels of specific split, decomposed and migrated lines 1)G+C, 3)G and 4)C of a DNA specimen are transferred and accumulated to an accumulative fluorescent sheet 1. In a pre- reading part 2, the sheet 1 is subjected to linear scanning by laser beam 5 deflected by a light deflector 7 while moved to the direction shown by the arrow 9. The emitted exhaustive fluorescent is detected by a light detector 11 and the output thereof controls an amplifier 24 and an AD converter 25 through a control circuit 13. The sheet 1 receives similar operation in a main reading part 3 while the detection output is processed with a processing circuit 26 and, by performing the interpolation identification of the separated and developed lines 1)-4) and the developed lines formed by changing the arrangement order thereof by a curve fitting method of a reference line due to the bonding thereof, base arrangement is easily determined with high accuracy. |
