PURPOSE:To enhance the close adhesiveness of a photographic film by preventing the damage of a gel film or the adhesion of dust, by covering a gel film for electrophoretic separation used in autoradiography provided on a support with a cover sheet with a specific thickness or less. CONSTITUTION:A support 3 such as a polyester sheet is placed on a flat plate such as a glass plate while spacers 5a, 5b comprising polymethacrylate are placed on the support 3 in the direction of the length L4 thereof and a comb shaped spacer is provided to one end in the width direction thereof so as to provide a thickness same to that of the spacers 5a, 5b and a width L2 in order to form a slot 4 coming to the injection port of a specimen to be subjected to electrophoretic analysis. After a composition prepared by adding a tris borate buffer solution and a polymerization initiator in a gel forming solution containing an acrylamide monomer and a crosslinking agent is injected into the space surrounded by the spacers, glass plate to which a cover sheet with a thickness of 50mum or less such as a polyester sheet is adhered is placed on and pressed to the injected space to flow out the excessive solution and said liquid is cured under a load applied state to obtain a gel film 2. This gel film 2 is used in a state held between the support 3 and the cover sheet 1. |
