PURPOSE:To realize the high-speed switching operation of a transistor (TR) which performs a switching operation by adding a capacitor stored with the driving energy of the transistor (TR) to an electrostatic recording device which uses a multistylus electrode. CONSTITUTION:When a TR1 is on, a current is supplied from an R1 to the base of a TR2, which is then turned off to obtain a low-impedance output. When the TR1 turns off, the charging of the output electrostatic capacity of the TR1 is carried out principally by the current which flows through a switching diode D2 and a resistance R2 from a V2, but when the TR2 is cut off, the charging is performed principally by te constant current which flows through the R2 from the emitter of the TR2. Further, a C1 is connected in parallel to a Zener diode D1 to supply stably the base current for turning on the TR2. Consequently, the switching operation of the TR2 is performed at a high speed and does not depend upon the characteristics of the D1. |
