The invention relates to a straight parallelepipedic package of alterable length and with reusable elements. Such a package essentially comprises a rectangular sheet of cardboard 1 folded at right angles along parallel edges 4 so as to form a bottom 6, two lateral walls 7, 8, and possibly a lid, and force-fitted between the peripheral grooves of two cheeks, 2, 3, made of plastic material forming the transverse end walls 11, 12 of the package.
