PURPOSE:The titled device which is provided with bobbin detectors and switching means operating according to its movement on individual bobbin holders, thus being suitably applicable to bobbin exchanger provided with long doffing bars without trouble caused by flying fluffs or the like. CONSTITUTION:The detecting nail 18 is positioned in the hollow of the bobbin 4 and the bobbin detector 17 is stood at the release position above the bobbin holder 2, when a bobbin 3 is not inserted into the bobbin holder 4. When a bobbin is inserted into the holder 4, the top of the bobbin 3 is connected to the nail 18 and the detector 17 comes to the detecting position. When bobbins are exchanged, it is unnecessary for the operator to watch the state of each bobbin whether to be held or released, thus automatic watching is ensured. |
