<p>PURPOSE:To let automatically suck fuel in exhaust gas and consequently reduce the driving force of a fuel pump by the amount corresponding to the suction force by a structure wherein a negative pressure generating part is formed by throttling an exhaust gas passage upstream an ignition plug for burning particulates and a fuel injection nozzle is open at the negative pressure generating part. CONSTITUTION:A venturi part 8, which generates negative pressure by raising the flow speed of exhaust gas, is formed in an exhaust gas passage 6 on the upstream side of a catching filter 7 and at the same time a fuel injection nozzle 11 to inject fuel from a fuel pump 9 through a passage 10 in the exhaust gas flowing the venturi part 8 is arranged at the venturi part 8. When the pressure of exhaust gas on the upstream side of said catching filter 7 due to the clogging of the filter 7, a controller 15 issues signals to drive the fuel pump 9, an air pump 12, and an ignition plug 14 in order to prevent the clogging of the catching filter 7 by sending combustion gas to the filter 7. In this case, due to the existence of the venturi part 8, the driving force of the fuel pump to supply fuel to the nozzle 11 is reduced.</p> |
