PURPOSE:To enable separation and suction of twisted yarn bundle and tip free yarn steadily, by arranging successively a suction pipe, and an air false twist nozzle right behind draft rollers, setting the lateral width of a face having the inlet hole of the suction pipe in a specific range. CONSTITUTION:The suction pipe 2 is arranged right behind the nip rollers 1 and 1' of draft rollers and in front of the false twist nozzle 3, and the lateral width lof a face having the inlet hole 13 of the suction pipe is made 1/3 the width L of the fleece 10. Turbulence and scattering of tip free yarn at the inlet of the suction pipe are prevented, and bind spun yarn having enough strength can be obtained stably. |
