PURPOSE:To rotate the water turbine always efficiently in spite of the fluctuation of a water level and to obtain a stable generating power by a method wherein the water turbine power generator is equipped with buoys so as to be capable of responding to the fluctuation of the water level of normal flow of a river or the like. CONSTITUTION:A pair of enclosed air tanks 4, formed with triangular heads toward the upstream side of the water flow, are connected integrally by a frame body 5 consisting of steel frames or the like while the water turbine 6 is arranged between the enclosed air tanks 4. The main shaft 7 of the water turbine 6 is supported rotatably at both ends thereof to the frame body 5 through bearings 9. Rollers are attached rotatably to both ends of upstream and downstream sides of the frame body 5 through brackets 10 to guide the elevation of the frame body 5. The floatable water turbine device of such constitution is accommodated elevatably in the water channel 2 at a water collecting dam to rotate the water turbine 2 by the water flow in the water channel and thereby driving a generator through a transmission system including a speed increasing gear 8. |
