发明名称 PLATE MATERIAL FOR LITHOGRAPHIC PRINTING WITHOUT REQUIRING WATER AND USING METHOD THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable uniform fixing of a toner with a heating system using short wavelength rays which is simple and is better in energy economization by constituting one surface of a plate material of a surface colored to a specific optical density or above. CONSTITUTION:The one surface of a plate material is formed of a surface colored to >=0.3 optical density. Such plate material forms an image with a toner on the non-colored surface and at least the colored surface of the plate is heated by radiation rays, by which the toner is melt stuck to the surface of the plate material. The base plate of the plate material is pale in color as far as it is not colored and since the optical density thereof is <0.3, there is a need for coloring the rear of the plate material. The coloring is accomplished by a method of coating a liquid prepd. by dispersing or dissolving a dye, pigment, etc. with a roll, air knife, doctor blade, etc. or printing the same with printing ink. Electromagnetic waves, more particularly, IR rays, visible rays and UV rays are preferable for the radiation rays, and the wavelength region is preferably <=4mu. A heater or lamp of which the radiation intensity attains a stationary value in a short time is preferably used.
