<p>System of sliding elements, such as doors for furniture and building, etc., in which the individual elements lie in a single plane in the closed state and are guided past one another by rolling on running tracks which can be shifted transversely to the front by parallel displacement, rolling bodies, tilting, rolling or rotation about a longitudinal axis. Normally, two running tracks move simultaneously towards and away from one another during opening and closing respectively. The force transmission between the two profiles takes place by means of, among other things, attached gearwheel segments. The running-track feet are designed as rolling surfaces. Their radius is smaller than the running-track height, so that during parallel displacement a dead centre and in the two end positions a stable equilibrium are obtained. The dead centre can be so adjusted by means of the difference between the running-track height and rolling-surface radius that even heavy doors can be actuated with normal effort. <IMAGE></p> |
