PURPOSE:To avoid the useless retransmissions given from a transmitter side and to prevent the useless erasion of a stored data by having polling at the receiver side after the trouble of a receiver is restored in case a circuit is disconnected during transmission owing to said trouble. CONSTITUTION:The picture signal sent from a transmitter A is received at the automatic transmission/reception network control part 7 of a receiver B and demodulated at a modulating/demodulating part 4B. This demodulated signal is expanded to its original redundancy through a decoding part 8 and displayed at a writing part 9. When a receiver B is interrupted with a circuit error, a main control part 6B checks the stored reception trouble signal and transmits the stored terminal number of the transmitter to the part 7. Then an indication is given for automatic transmission. At the same time, the part 6B waits for the information of reception of the receivable mode signal sent from a communication control part 3B and gives an indication of polling to the part 3B when said information is given. With this polling indication, the part 3B transmits the polling signal to the transmitter A to perform the normal communication. |
