The frame arrangement comprises a frame part (18) with a web (26) with a first and a second web section (32; 33) extending in the longitudinal direction and side flanges (27, 28) which enclose the wall (16). The web comprises two longitudinal slots (34, 42) standing approximately perpendicularly to one another. Prefabricated hinges (22) with hinge plates (52) have in each case two projecting tongues (53, 55) which fit the slots. Latch plate and cover-plate sections are likewise shaped. The hinge-side section (33) of the web comprises a portion (44) bearing against the wall and a plane portion (48), which is offset in relation to the other section (32) of the web towards the wall by approximately the plate thickness, with a projecting longitudinal rib (43). Provided in each plate is a corresponding groove (43) with slightly smaller cross-section, and the wall-side side wall (34A) of the transverse slot is slightly recessed so that the built-in plate sits bent out towards the door. As a result, slipping-out of the door hinges under load is reliably avoided.
