<p>A solid fuel consists of a mixture of one or more paper products and one or more oil products. Preferred mixtures are waste paper with fuel oil/waste oil/petroleum coke/refinery bottoms. A binding agent and/or an amount of water may be added to the above constituents. The waste paper is conveyed to a hammer mill (2) and a secondary shredder (4). The shredded paper is conveyed to feed hopper (8a) and into a pelletising press (8b) where the oil product(s) is/are added via a conditioning unit (8c). </p> |
