PURPOSE:To inspect simultaneously an inferiority of a seal part from at least two faces by constituting a common electrical closed circuit through a packaged body between the first and the second electrodes, and providing the third electrode having a large electric capacity against the packaged body. CONSTITUTION:Electrodes 41-43 provided at prescribed intervals line-contact with the almost lower half of a fluid therapy bag discharge port 71 in each recessed part 5. On the other hand, a drum lower part 74 of the fluid therapy bag 7 is supported by the third electrode 6 and its contact area is large. Subsequently, when a tray 1 is carried, the upper half part of the discharge port 71 of the fluid therapy bag 7 contacts with finger touch electrodes 81-85 of a slide- contact electrode 8, and gives successively uniform electric field to an area of the upper half part although the capacity is also small. Three capacities and also a conductive Ringer solution are regarded as a resistor having a small resistance value, and a high frequency high voltage is applied to an electric circuit which is formed, by which an equivalent circuit is obtained. Carrying rollers 21-24 are formed as a metallic roller, they are grounded, and the third electrode 6 is used as an earth electrode. |
