PURPOSE:To contrive a saving of energy, by obtaining power of a pump at an energy difference between steam source pressure for heating and inner pressure of a heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:A temperature of a fluid at an outlet of a no contacting type condensing heat exchanger 5 is detected by a temperature detector of a fluid to be heated and a temperature controller 7, an inner pressure adjusting valve 2 of the heat exchanger 5 is actuated and inner steam pressure of the heat exchanger 5 is made to vary according to a deflection between an air temperature at an outlet and a predetermined temperature. In this instance, lift is given to low pressure drain recovered in a drain recovery tank 8 and selection of the final recovery point of the drain can be made comparatively freely as a tiny turbine inlet valve 3 and an induction generator 12 are turned by a pressure difference which is made to generate in the pressure adjusting valve 2, which is recovered as an electric power and a drain recovering pump 11 connected with a shaft of an induction generator 12 is turned. A part of or the whole of pressure energy which has been lost at the inner pressure adjusting valve 2 of the heat exchanger 5 as in the past can be recovered effectively as electric power of the drain recovery pump 11 and generating electric power of the induction generator 12. |
