摘要 PURPOSE:To make use of a calorific value of waste gas of a high temperature for evaporation and heating of raw sewage effectively, by a method wherein gas-liquid direct contact between waste gas of the high temperature and a liquid is made to carry out, and an air lift effect to be generated by blowing gas into a liquid and a circulation flow to be generated resulting from the air lift effect are put to use. CONSTITUTION:When raw sewage is poured into heat exchanger tubes 6, 7 and air is blown into them from an air blow tube 8, gas-liquid direct contact is made between the raw sewage existing within the tubes and the air, which are ascended in an annular part placed between the inside of the large diameter tube 6 and the outside of the blow tube 8 as a mixture flow of the raw sewage and the air by air lift action, heat is given to the mixture flow by the raw sewage, a part of the raw sewage is made to evaporate, the raw sewage is separated from the air in an upper space 9 of an upper tube plate 4, accompanied liquid drops are separated from the air by a collision plate 10, and the air humidified by the raw sewage passed through an air outlet 11 is used as the air for combustion. The raw sewage separated from the air, descended rapidly within the small caliber tube 7 and entered into the large diameter tube 6 is turned into an ascending flow, through which severe circulation flow of the raw sewage is generated, which is cooled through evaporation and heating of the blowing-in air and a cycle of cooling and heating is made on a wall of the tube at the time of descent in the small caliber tube 7 and ascent at the lower part in the large caliber tube 6.
