PURPOSE:To enable sure decison of whether a material is the same or not by recording objectively an inclusion, flaw, etc., and comparing the recorded data. CONSTITUTION:The light generated from a light source 10 is polarized by a reflex lens 9 and arrives at a center hole mirror 11, by which the light is inverted and thereafter the light passes the hole in the front end part and arrives at a projecting face 2. The quantity of the light corresponding to the density of the image passes again the central part of the reflex lens, passes the central hole of the center hole mirror, an inter aris 12 and an aperture plate 13 and arrives at a photoelectric receiver 15, by which the light is converted to an electric signal and thereafter the level thereof is set by an amplifier 14. The signal is stored in a storage part 18 with the number of the pulses in X-, Y-directions as an address signal and the output signal from the sensor as a data signal. The stored signal (information) is outputted according to need to a CRT (display device) 20 and a printer 21 via an output port 19 and the visual observation of the stored content thereof is possible. |
