PURPOSE:To obtain a composite soft magnetic material of high permeability and saturated magnetic flux density by a method wherein a filament type soft magnetic matter is bonded by a bonding agent. CONSTITUTION:A compound is formed using a material containing filament type pure iron of 60vol%, whose average length/average diameter is 2, and nylon of 40vol%. Then the compound is injection molded to form the ring type test piece of the desired shape, a coil for detection and for excitation is wound around the test piece for about 100 turns, and the 4piI-H curve is drawn using a DC magnetically measuring apparatus. Then when permeability and saturated magnetic flux density are measured, the respective values are obtained as 35 and 11.000G. When and value of average length/average diameter is set to 20-40, or 100-200 larger than 2, the further higher characteristic value can be obtained. |
