PURPOSE:To enable dismount/reproduction of left/right structures by adhering resin to left/right coupling metals. CONSTITUTION:A master model structure (A) is constructed with a pair of model sections 51, 51' having surface worked with resin in accordance to the shape of chassis, structures (b), (b') having model section supports 52, 52' provided on the rear face of model section while constructed with aluminum honeycomb plate through plates 53, 53' and left/right coupling metals 54 made through aluminum casting extending in lateral direction. Said structure is cut into specific shape and equipped with front face side aluminum plates 55, 55' having gauranteed surface accuracy and rear face side aluminum plates 56, 56' having non-guaranteed surface accuracy. The left/right coupling metals are formed at both ends with sections 54a, 54b contacting with said structures (b), (b') where resin 62 is secured onto the surface of one contacting section 54a. |
