PURPOSE:To accurately adjust inductance of coil body having simplified and economical structure with simple procedures through change of magnetic flux by cutting the external side of resin fixed to the coiled conductor. CONSTITUTION:Inductance of coil body is adjusted by cutting the external surface 12a of resin 12 after the coil body is mounted to the substrate of electronic device. In case a magnetic material is mixed into the resin 12, inductance of coil body is previously set larger than the adjusting value of device. When the amount of cutting of resin 12 increases, the amount of magnetic material decreases and inductance is lowered gradually. When inductance matches with the adjusting value of the device, the cutting is stopped, completing the adjusting procedures. On the contrary, in case non-magnetic material is mixed to the resin 12, inductance of coil body is previously set at a value smaller than the adjusting value of the device. When the amount of cutting of resin 12 increases, amount of non-magnetic material decreases and thereby inductance increases gradually. |
