摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent winding hardness from dispersion by controlling the nip pressure between winding roll and drum rolls through an angle made by the axes of two drum rolls and a winding core and the winding diameter to increase or decrease a drum roll shaft angle. CONSTITUTION:An angle operation device 32 receives at the input the set values of nip pressure F' between a winding roll 16 and a drum roll 14, fixed value constant r, m, the signal d of a winding roll radius detector 33 mounted to engage a pressure roll 17 and interlocked with its position, the drum roll angle phi generated by a detector 34 for the drum roll angle and the pressure amount W2 of the pressure roll to calculate them, and generates the output of the operational signal fphi of the drum roll angle phi. A pressure control section 35 receives the signal fphi to operate a pressure drive section 36 and change the drum roll angle phi and is fed back by the detector 34 to change again the pressure drive section if any errors are present. By this operation is controlled the winding roll from the winding starting position to winding completion through winding increasing to eliminate the dispersion of winding hardness.
