PURPOSE:To improve traveling stability and to prevent overheat of a disc brake by installing an air-stream guide plate on an outside rim side and generating a negative pressure by the revolution of a wheel and absorbing the air on the periphery of a brake disc, in a wheel for 4-wheel car. CONSTITUTION:A negative pressure is generated through a guide plate 6 in the air layer on the outer surface of a disc 2 by the revolution of a wheel 1. Therefore, the air layer on the periphery of a brake disc 16 and a brake carriper 17 on the inside rim 5 side of the wheel 1 is dischrged as shown by the arrow through a suction port 14, and at the same time, the opening 14 projecting onto the inner-surface side of the disc 2 accelerates the inflow of the air layer. With such constitution, the traveling stability in high-speed traveling is improved, and the overheat of the brake disc is prevented. |
