PURPOSE:To make a variation in takeup tension reducible, by installing a correction circuit, which is used for synchronizing both of traverse width and speed for alteration at all times, in a control unit, in case of a winder for filament yarn. CONSTITUTION:An average traverse speed and its variation factor are inputted into a traverse speed setter 16 performing the prevention of a rough lease, while the output revolution, stoppage time and normal rotation time of a reversible driving device 9 are all inputted into a traverse width setter 17 performing an end fraying motion. Next, each of driving devices of a winder is set in motion by command of a control unit 15, and a takeup bobbin is rotated, while an electric motor 14 is started with the signal of an inverter unit 19, rorating a scroll cam roller 4 and reciprocating a yarn guide holder 5 at a specified speed, and filament yarn is wound up while traversing it. At this time, a variation in both width and speed of the traverse is always synchronized via a correction circuit 18. Thus, variations in takeup tension can be sharply reduced and, what is more, end breakage or the like in time of after-process comes to nothing. |
