PURPOSE:To allow the simple sequence control by unifying processing cycles of individual devices and managing the route of input materials fed into a line and the preparation time of the device with a microcomputer per cycle. CONSTITUTION:In an automatic transport device transporting multiple input materials through the same transport route or different transport routes via multiple processing devices, the processing cycles of individual devices are unified as integral times of the unit time, and the route of the input material fed into a line and the preparation time of the device are managed by a microcomputer system having a decision module per this cycle, thereby the input control can be performed when feeding into the line. Accordingly, transport of the overall line can be performed with the simple sequence control so as not to have contradiction in the future, the operating rate can be wholly grasped, and the efficient input control can be available. |
