PURPOSE:To allow the titled device to correspond to plural kinds of media having different speeds by providing a time label counter outputting a time label increased in proportion to the lapse of time and a medium register storing information corresponding to the speed of a medium to be handled. CONSTITUTION:When a message signal inputted to an input terminal IN is stored in an input buffer BMI for a prescribed amount, the signal is provided with a time label outputted by a time label counter CTR increased in proportion to the elapsed time at the point of time and formed into a signal block and then stored in a file memory FM. In reproduction, the signal block is read to an output buffer, the time label given to the signal block by a time label controller TL-CNT is compared with the sum between the time label of the preceding signal block and a value in a medium register to judge whether or not the no signal state of a message exits. Then, the reproducing device can cope with plural kinds of media only by setting a value corresponding to the medium speed. |
