PURPOSE:To realize an automatic testing system which takes a test continuously by reserving current state information and starting the test from the next test item on the basis of said state information. CONSTITUTION:A monitor part 3 generates a test control frame (monitor screen), processes input commands, and performs program sequence control, etc. An IPL handling part 4 carries out prior state information conservation processing and posterior state recovery processing, specially, when a test item which requires IPL is handled. A test processing part 5 executes test modules of respective test items under the control of the monitor part 2. The IPL handling part 4 is started, specially, when the test item which requires IPL is handled. An operator when taking a test selects a command displayed in a frame with a light pen or inputs the command to an area INPUT. |
