A Selector device for regular round barbell plates. A metal fork shaped apparatus when inserted between the barbell plates support plates above so that the plates above will move, but the additional plates will remain stationary at floor level. This selector device can be distinguished from other inventions because this fork selector can be used with barbell plates more effieciently then any other invention previously known.
