PURPOSE:To perform refreshing operation effectively by using the timing of a beam scanning signal when a beam scan by it is normal or a refreshing time signal for plural memories when the beam scan is abnormal. CONSTITUTION:A refreshing timing control part 21 outputs a refreshing control signal necessary to refresh a CS memory part 12 consisting of a dynamic memory, the 1st memory 18, the 2nd memory 19, the 3rd memory 20, etc. When the beam scan is normal, refreshing is performed at the timing of the beam scanning signal. When the beam scan is abnormal, the timing generating circuit 30 of the control part 21 generates plural refreshing control signals successively with specific time difference to prevent congestion of electric power. |
