PURPOSE:To improve cooling efficiency and make winding process easy by a method wherein the finishing ends of the 1st layer and the 2n-th layer, the 2nd layer and the (2n-1)th layer,... and the n-th layer and the (n+1)th layer of a pair of windings are respectively connected and the starting ends of the 1st to n-th layers of each winding are connected to (u) or (v) terminal and the starting ends of the (n+1)th to the 2n-th layers are connected to (v) or (u) terminal. CONSTITUTION:Conductor 13 is wound cylindrically around the legs of a core 14 by an even number of turns and windings 11, 12 are formed. Turns of each winding 11, 12 are counted from inside to outside as the 1st layer, the 2nd layer..., the (2n-1)th layer and the 2n-th layer. The finishing ends of the 1st layer and the 2n-th layer of the windings 11, 12 are connected and in the same way the finishing ends of the 2nd layer and the (2n-1)th layer are connected. The finishing ends of successive corresponding layers are connected accordingly and finally the finishing ends of the n-th layer and the (n+1)th layer are connected. The starting ends of the 1st to the n-th layers of the windings 11, 12 are connected to (u) or (v) terminal and those of the (n+1)th to the 2n-th layers are connected to (v) or (u) terminal respectively. |
