PURPOSE:To make fitting of an insulation duct easy and eliminate the necessity of long period blackout in case of power failure without increasing a strength of a tank by a method wherein the insulation duct is composed of two ducts and each duct has a horn-shape and has a swollen portion to one side and a lead supporting member, made of insulation material is attached to the large diameter end of the duct. CONSTITUTION:An end of a lead wire 8, drawn out of a winding 2, is fixed by an insulation 9. This insulation 9 is supported by the 1st horn-shape duct 10 and the 2nd horn-shape duct 11 at their large diameter openings. To the side of a tank wall 1, the small diameter opening is fitted, so the diameter of a penetration hole of the tank wall 1 can be small and even in case of a UHV machine, fitting of the 1st duct 10 to the tank of approximately same mechanical strength is definitely possible. If one machine occurs a power failure, the 2nd lead wire 12 of one side is removed and a blind plate is attached to a flange 14 and another machine can be operated. |
