PURPOSE:To generate the prescribed high DC voltage in response to the variation in a load by providing a plurality of different reference voltages and switching the reference voltages by a command signal in response to the variation in the load, thereby suppressing the increase in the size of a stabilized power source. CONSTITUTION:A series circuit of a pair of resistors R1, R2-Rn-1, Rn is connected in parallel between the resistor 17 of a reference voltage generator 19 and the connector of a Zener diode 18. The pair of resistors R1, R2-Rn-1, Rn respectively generate a plurality of different reference voltages by dividing the voltage generated by the diode 18 at the prescribed voltage dividin ratio. The generated reference voltages are selectively produced through a switch 21 by a command signal in response to the variation in the load. The reference voltage produced through the switch 21 is supplied to an error detector 16. |
