摘要

PURPOSE:To improve the rust preventing effect by covering resin film on the overall inner surface of a stator core. CONSTITUTION:A resin film 1 is covered on the inner surface poles 2a of a stator core 2. The film 1 is formed of a thick part 1b having sufficient thickness to hold the strength and a thin part 1a necessary to obtain the concentricity between the inner peripheral surface of the core 2 and a bearing. The core 2 is opposed to a rotor magnet 9 which is secured to the surface of a rotor yoke 8. A coil 3 is wound through insulating paper 16 on the core 2.
