PURPOSE:To increase the speed of data inputting and reduce occurrence of erroneous operation of the key by using output of the displacement detecting device of a keyboard body as a cursor movement control input signal and moving the keyboard body in specified direction. CONSTITUTION:An actuator 4 is attached at the center of the keyboard 1, and the face of the keyboard is moved longitudinally and laterally around the actuator 4 in the direction to which the cursor is desired to move. When an operator wants to move the cursor, he depresses a porper position on a cover plate in the direction of movement of the cursor fixing both bands or small number of fingers such as a thumb on a specified key of home position and using other fingers or a palm. Then, a sensor 3 converts the movement of the actuator 4 that tilts according to oscillation of the keyboard to a signal that controls direction of vertical and horizontal movement of the cursor. |
