PURPOSE:To eliminate the difference of the number of turns and the internal resistance between each bobbin by a method wherein a pair of bobbins are attached solidly to both sides of a core plate and wire winding into those two bobbins are operated by one identical winding machine. CONSTITUTION:Pole teeth 5, 6 are provided to stator case structure members 1, 2. A bearing 7 is attached to the center of the stator case structure member 2 and a rotor shaft 6 is inserted into the bearing 7. A pair of bobbins 18, 19 are attached to both sides of a core plate 9 to form a bobbin assembly. Then coils 20, 21 are wound into the bobbins 18, 19 respectively at the same time by one identical winding machine. |
