PURPOSE:To obtain a safe plate-shape matter capable of controlling temperature used for concrete form or the like by a structure wherein heat transfer members are arranged along the surface of the plate-shape matter and yet a heat source flow passage is formed so as to intersect the heat transfer members. CONSTITUTION:Heat pipes 3 are disposed in an array along the surface of a plate-shape matter 1 such as a concrete form and a heat source flow passage 2 is formed so as to intersect the heat pipes 3 at right angles at the upper end parts of the heat pipes 3. Due to the structure as described above, the heat pipes 3 are put into actuation by flowing heat source fluid in the flow passage 2 in order to enable to control the temperature of the plate-shape matter 1.
