PURPOSE:To improve the ground for foundation work, etc., without moving the excavated soil from the ground portion to the other places by a method in which the ground is broken by an excavating claw and at the same time a ground improving agent is supplied to the excavated portion. CONSTITUTION:A small amount of soil A' is removed out of the ground G portion to be improved to form a mixing allowance, and then excavation is made to the depth reaching a supporting layer I by using an excavating claw 14 and mixed in the ground G portion. A ground improving agent B is supplied in a given amount each to the excavated portion from a ground improving agent releasing path 15, where the improving agent and soil and sand are stirred and mixed by large numbers of stirring blades 17 turned by a motor 18 in a bucket. When the whole of the ground G is improved and allowed to stand for a given period of time, a stabilized strength develops in the whole of the ground G to form a foundation to support a structure. |
