摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance measuring sensitivity by remarkably increasing fuorescent intensity, by labeling a substance peculiarily reacting with a substance to be measured by using a fine particle emitting fluorescence and having a diameter in a specific range as a labeling agent. CONSTITUTION:In the same manner as the antibody to an antigen, a partner which functions as an antibody if the substance to be measured is designated as an antigen and peculiarly reacts with the substance to be measured has been fixed to a solid phase particle such as a polystyrene particle. On the other hand, a dispersion containing the substance to be measured which is chemically coupled to or physically adsorbed by a material prepared by coupling a compound emitting fluorescence to a fine particle with a particle size of 0.03-3mum is prepared. After a solution to be examined such as serum, the solid phase particle having the partner fixed thereto and a known amount of the substance to be measured labeled with a fluorescent substance are mixed and reacted, the liquid phase and the solid phase are separated and either one of intensity of the fluorescent fine particle fixed to the solid phase particle or the unreacted fluorescent fine particle remaining in the liquid phase is measured and the concn. of the substance to be measured in the solution to be examined is measured in high sensitivity with good accuracy from a calibration curve preliminarily obtained by using the substance to be measured with a known concn.
