The invention relates to a tubular winding arbor for winding a roll of web-shaped material. The arbor has a slit 3 for receiving the beginning of the web-shaped material. According to the invention, a rotatable axle 4 is received into the centre hole of the arbor. The axle 4 is spring-biased in the winding direction A of the web-shaped material by means of a spring 5, and has a flat face 10 at its outer delimitation surface. According to the invention, the axle 4 is arranged to be twistable against the action of the spring 5 into such a position that the flat face 10 forms an opening together with the slit 3 for introduction of the beginning of the web-shaped material, for the clamping of same between the axle and the arbor. <IMAGE> |
